Top Dublin Restaurants

Here are a few of my favourite places to go and eat, drink and hang out with friends.

There’ll be more posts like this, but here are a few off the top of my head.

Rasam, Glasthule (http://www.rasam.ie/)

The best Indian food I’ve ever had. Beautiful interior and great service. Pity it’s so far out of town but a little gem nonetheless.

The Oarhouse, Howth (http://www.oarhouse.ie/)

Fish at its best. Introduced to me by my lovely boyfriend. I tend to get the Thai fish soup and then cajun calamari and some mussels. He gets fish and chips!

Mario’s, Ranelagh (http://www.marios.ie/)

There are a few of these dotted around but this is the one I go to. Haven’t had a bad meal there yet. Great pasta (especially gorgonzola and walnut) and lovely atmosphere.

Kennedy’s, Fairview (http://www.kennedysfoodstore.com/)

Homemade, tasty food in a cute location. Desserts placed in the window.. dangerously tasty!

Anderson’s, Drumcondra (http://www.andersons.ie/)

The best crepes in Dublin. Two of my best friends also live nearby so I shall be visiting ‘them’ more often.

  1. Oooh we have lots of the same fave restaurants! I’ve never been to Rasam but love all your other ones. Chilli Banana in Drumcondra is another great one in that area ..
    Loving your work missy x
